In the earliest stages of March all our Year 7 students visited Duffield Public Library. Librarian Carole-Ann Howard and Children’s Librarian for Derbyshire, Cathy Peterson gave a short presentation on the facilities and services available including;

Online resources including, Borrow Box, ebooks, emagazines and Press Reader news service

A brief history of the Library which has been in the village for over 100 years and located opposite Ecclesbourne School since 1964
Students were able to take out a library membership and borrow books.
